Basic technical data such as pages visited and device type, used to keep the site secure and improve it.
Why we use it
To reply to your quote requests, estimates and applications; to provide tracking and logistics services; to process payments; and, if you agree, to send you updates and offers.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Carriers, customs authorities, payment providers (such as Paystack and Safaricom M-Pesa) and our agents, only as needed to deliver your shipment or payment, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for the purpose and for legal, tax and customs record-keeping, then we delete or anonymise it.
Marketing messages
We only send newsletters, offers and campaign messages by email, SMS or WhatsApp if you have agreed. Every message explains how to stop them, and you can reply STOP or email us at any time.
Your rights
