Using this website

Information on this website, including transit times, tax estimates and the cost estimator, is a guide only and is not a binding quote. Final prices and taxes are confirmed in writing in your quote and invoice.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Services are provided under the terms in your quote, invoice and booking confirmation, and the carriers' conditions of carriage.

Payments

Pay only to the Momentum accounts shown on our invoices and on this website. Always use your invoice number as the reference. Card and M-Pesa payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

Liability

Our liability is limited as set out in your booking terms and applicable law. We recommend cargo insurance for all shipments.
